A detailed inventory and planning allowed for the development of a thorough Scope of Work ensuring the invited bidders were in complete understanding of the expectations throughout the move process.

Our clients include;

30 Victoria – Gatineau

Elections Canada – 700 staff transitioned to new space. Our relocation management team worked closely with our client to ensure that the phased move was coordinated with the construction team to ensure that the space was ready to accept the client on a weekly / bi-weekly move plan.

The relocation was completed with minimal downtime and disruption to the day to day operations and ensured that EC was up and running to prepare for the upcoming election

Office of the Privacy Commissioner – 150 Staff

Office of the Information Commissioner – 100 staff

Office of the Commissioner for Official Languages – 225 staff

Each department was scheduled and coordinated with the completion of construction under extreme deadlines each department was moved with minimal disruption to the day to day activity, each relocation was completed on schedule with all staff up and running on the next business day following each move in.

Parks Canada – 675 Staff

A phased transition that was affected by construction delays, with our logistics planning and coordination. Each phase was moved into their new space with a commitment ensuring that each group was able to be fully functioning on arrival.

Each of the relocation projects included the pack, dismantle and move of existing filing systems and records management

Each of the relocation projects included the coordination, management and implementation of IT and desktop disconnect and re connection services.

Our team was hired to manage the loading dock and receiving of all new furniture into the newly constructed space.

Our team was onsite throughout the relocation ensuring that all access points were confirmed, scheduling was met, and that any issues affecting the move in were dealt with in an efficient manner which would not affect the transition to their new facility.

90 Elgin

Department of Finance Canada – 1600 staff

Treasury Board Secretariat – 1200 staff

This relocation consisted of the move of staff and contents, including the relocation of the entire filing and records management system into their newly constructed space. We were asked to coordinate the transition of existing desktop equipment and to coordinate the receiving of all new furniture into the building.

WELCH LLP – Accountants

The relocation of 150 Staff to new space including the relocation of existing office suites, all contents and filing systems during the middle of winter. The relocation was completed under budget and staff were up and running on the first business day back.

Our coordination on this project took what was expected to be a week long transition to a 3 day event minimizing downtime and saving the client a tremendous amount of staff downtime.

CCC – Canada Commercial Corporation – 175 staff

The relocation of the entire operation of the CCC facility into unfinished space. We were able to ensure that all staff being relocated were moving into fully functioning office space and that all staff upon arrival were able to begin working immediately

41 Victoria  – Gatineau

Brookfield Renewable Energy Group – 550 staff

The merging of two operational facilities into newly constructed space, including the move of an operational 24/7 online trading floor. In this move we coordinated the relocation planning and logistics, desktop disconnection and re-connection and all deliveries which resulted in the coordination of crane lifting of items that could not be made accessible through the loading area or freight elevator.

Additional projects include;

Nelligan O’Brien Payne Lawyers –  150 staff including the relocation of all staff and contents, 129 5 drawer filing cabinets and the decommission of all exisitng office furniture.

Soloway Wright Lawyers – 75 staff including the relocation of all closed office suites

Bentall Kennedy – their internal office relocation as well as the relocation of building tenants affected by the building fit-up

Revision Military – Montreal – The relocation of the entire facility including the relocation of lab testing and production areas. Revision is the provider of military wearable Armour and protective eye wear.
